Order Processing

All orders are processed withinΒ 1–2 business daysΒ of being placed. Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our website with your order number and email.

Please note:Β Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email. This is normal β€” it means the carrier has received your package and is scanning it into their system.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you'll have the option to add (electronic) shipping protection to your order. This covers you against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If anything goes wrong, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no back-and-forth with the carrier required. It's optional but recommended, especially for electronic orders.

Common Shipping Questions

Does Spot Foul have fast shipping?

Yes. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most US customers receive their order within 5–10 business days. There is no extended processing time or unnecessary delays. We ship thousands of orders every month and our fulfillment process is built for speed and reliability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on select bundles and orders over a certain amount. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay β€” no hidden fees.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update your address. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we're unable to change the destination β€” but we'll do our best to help if there's an issue.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days β€” should I be worried?

Not necessarily. Tracking sometimes pauses while a package is in transit between carrier facilities. This is normal, especially for international orders. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If you purchased shipping protection, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. If you didn't add shipping protection, contact us anyway β€” we review every case individually and will work with you to find a solution. We want you to receive your order, period.
